Rozen Valley staff guarantee that you will receive all the information regarding your shipment so you can easily deal with the products you bought.
We will send you the following documents:

Packing List

Contains a detail of varieties of the shipment, number of boxes, number of stems per variety and size, type of packing and freight forwarder where the flowers were delivered.

Opening Stages

Our farm personnel is very familiar with the different opening stages of all our roses. As an example, we show the different opening stages of the red rose Classy. Each rose has its own chart of opening stages.
Our clients can choose which opening stages they prefer.
